1. Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the return process.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Damages and Issues

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your purchase is being shipped to a location within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. As with other returns, the item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Processing Times: Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
